The technician quickly removed pop-ups that I was unable to delete. The pop-ups arose unexpectedly and were asking me to purchase additional virus protection I did not need.

Cleaned and backed up my computer prior to the installation of a new computer. Feel comfortable that everything was handled in a very professional manner.

My old computer was running very slow. I asked for a technician to optimize the computer's performance. The tech identified and explained the issue, what was done to optimize performance and made a recommendation that would extend the life of the computer.

The only thing the company could do better would be to make sure all their personnel are as knowledgeable and professional as Henry. He definitely knows what he is doing, able to describe it to the customer, and make sure the problem is completely resolved.

Same as page before with facebook changes. I guess a lot of people a angry at facebook/security. Your choice.

Had issue of reinstalling my SMP program after reinstalling my W7 OS system and IT technician Emmanuel came through with flying colors. SMP now reinstalled and should be good to go from here. Thanks Iolo!

I was receiving notification of malware, viruses and other problems with my phone. I received excellent help in cleaning up any problems and instruction on how to handle this in the future.

I am confident Iolo will be available if needed again at anytime for continued support and assistance. I am relieved there is no longer a threat.

My computer was slowing down a lot. Not only that, my bank account was hacked and I have been issued multiple banking credit/debit cards.

Matter of fact, one new card is being shipped today, 15 Nov 24 and 2 wks ago I had rec'd another one. IOLO saved my day and for that I am so thankful and would refer them to anyone.

Nothing it was fixed. Why should I write a100 symbols when the short sentence suffices? Have a good day.

Personal information was compromised and used to attempt a scam.The scam was complex, involving at least 3 persons each believable until they asked for a sizable amount ot cash

Computer so very slow couldn't get on gmail. freezing, and stalling. It had been going on for a few days and I could not fix it myself.
