15-minute wait; the message said to go to 'ustechsupport.com' and select 'need help' at the bottom of the page - that doesn't exist (I have a screenshot); when I clicked on 'live chat' on the webpage, the links did not work;

Problem today accessing my account.
I absolutely Love System Mechanic. Today i tried to access my account at least 5 times.
My screen kept saying "Loading System Mechanic" but it never showed up. That's why I canceled and now I'm going to sign up again..
Obviously, this is not a complaint.

Even though I told them that I am not interested because of their new policy, they keep telling me to renew.
I have used it for over 10 years, renewing it for a low price. The new pricing includes the renewal of the software, but they included Livetech support, which I would never use.
So even though you pay $39.95 for the software, they also add $19.95 a month for Livetech. Even though I told them I would never use Livetech.

I am cutting back on costs

Uninstalled System Mechanic
I very much liked System Mechanic. However, I am trying to uninstall conflicting software.
I use McAfee and satisfied with it.
System Mechanic was conflicting with McAfee.
I recommend that System Mechanic was very watchful and useful. I do NOT have any complaints about System Mechanic.

Its incredible
i am so happy with the program. i just had a problem reloading it on my new computer.

Wanting Iolo to continued its amazing upgrades every year
It's been around 20 years since I found this really great tool, 'The System Mechanic.' Very basic, but it had the tools I needed. The following year, SM added a few more tools, all needed and appreciated.
Their experts improved on that product year after year. I am hooked on their best every year!
Continued success in 2026.

REINSTALLING SOFTWARE
Subscription Expired and Reinstalled New Version. Had to Uninstall and reinstall new version, had to use a minimum of 100 characters
which I think is totally stupid!!!

I have NEVER had a problem with their software
I am upgrading to IOLO ByePass+ as recommended by the IOLO software. I didn't have a choice; it was a new and improved program.

New Version of Byepass
Byepass + is not as easy to use as the original Byepass... I installed / upgraded because I had to as chrome would not support Byepass.
User's recommendation: be careful adding new sites, also when you upgrade and convert, the program installs duplicate sites causing confusion.

Does not open, save itself, often disappears? As a result, I lose money paid for service!
