Years ago I had to wait maybe an hour for a Tech to call.. a month ago it was 4-6 hours. Today the wait had grown to over eight (8) hours, unexcepetable. You slowly let your "customer service die"v
Your business grew. Your Customer service died. For a customer having to wait 8+ hours for a Tech to call is not a way to retain much less increase your customer base.

Techsupport is a great Company for Cusomers to Reach out for Support
My computer kept freezing yesterday. It took four hours to upload an item to a state government website.
After multiple attempt, I reached out to Tech support for assistance. The Tech support Rep logged onto my computer to ascertain what was the issue. He discovered that a scheduled update did not fully download on my computer.
He also found other issues, which caused him to do a deep clean of the computer. I am happy with the support I received because now I will finish the project I was working on.
User's recommendation: Tech Support has been my go to company for susport for the past 8 years. Therefore, I would highly recommend them for all digital support.. I wold highly recomend this comppnay

Scammer
Jeremy cleaned my computer and closed loop holes left my scammer. iolo and Jermery are the best. Cannot go wrong with iolo.
